A graduate of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and a member of the Sofia Bar Association, Trayko Nestori brings over a decade of extensive legal experience to the firm. He specializes in civil litigation, insurance law, and immigration law.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Trayko served as the Head of Legal for one of Bulgaria’s leading debt collection companies. In this role, he managed high-volume portfolios and led complex enforcement strategies for major corporate and institutional clients. This background provides him with deep understanding of the operational and legal challenges within the financial services and credit management sectors, particularly when it comes to internal risk management and litigation.

Dimo Uglyarov is a co-founder of "Nestori, Ugljarov, Milchev" (NUM Law Firm) and a leading expert in real estate, contract law, commercial law, and debt collection. With a distinguished background in corporate bank lending, he brings a practical, results-oriented approach to complex commercial transactions, asset securitization, and real estate due diligence.
Before co-founding the firm, he gained expertise within debt collection agencies, commercial banks, and private enforcement offices. This unique professional trajectory has provided him with a profound operational understanding of enforcement procedures and financial risk management. His combined legal and commercial perspective makes him particularly effective in managing high-volume debt collection portfolios and navigating complex litigation for institutional clients, including utility companies and financial service providers.
Dimo Ugliarov also handles the credit intermediation business within the NUM group structure. In this capacity, combining the company's legal and financial expertise to provide clients with end-to-end solutions. He is widely recognized for his pragmatic approach to problem-solving, profound mastery of enforcement law, and leadership in navigating real estate transactions involving regulatory frameworks, zoning regulations, and legal challenges related to property rights.

Hristo Milchev is a graduate of the English Language High School in Burgas and the Faculty of Law at Sofia University. He is currently a member of the Sofia Bar Association.

He further advanced his legal expertise by specializing in European business law and Artificial intelligence law at Lund University, Sweden. He also holds qualifications in intellectual property acquired through programs at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Hristo built his extensive foundation in Civil and Commercial law through years of service within the financial sector and by advancing through every professional tier of law firm operations. served as the Editor-in-Chief of one of Bulgaria’s most prominent legal platforms.

His practice is driven by a profound belief in the power of collaboration, clear and predictable communication and the cultivation of long-term client relationships based on mutual trust.
